All aboard the big red Christmas bus...

Open Today

08:00 - 20:00

Santa Claus is coming to town on a festive double-decker bus with the return of a free family event - right here at Mayflower.

Taking place on 16th and 17th December between 10am and 6pm (Saturday) and 11am and 5pm (Sunday), come and join the festive fun where you can visit Santa’s grotto on wheels and create your own postcard in the Christmas craft workshop, before getting a selfie with the man himself.

We'll also have a range of seasonal treats on offer from a range of scrumptious food vendors including Wanna Pull, Mamas Donuts and We R Fizz.

Giancarlo Ussi, centre manager at Mayflower, said: “This year Santa has swapped his sleigh for some wheels, and we can’t wait to see the look on our shoppers’ faces when they see our big red bus parked up.

“While on board, our team of little helpers will be encouraging children to decorate their postcards which they can either take them home or give to Santa to take back to the North Pole.

“Christmas is all about spending time with the your nearest and dearest, so we’re pleased to be offering all the family the chance to enjoy a range of free, creative festive activities.”

The events will run on a first come, first serve basis so people are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment, the queue will close 30 minutes before the end.

If you or your little ones are unable to make it up the stairs to meet Santa for any reason, please let the Elves know when you arrive, Santa will be delighted to come down and meet you instead.

What's more, you could be in with the chance of winning a family meal for four worth £50 at Nandos Mayflower, by entering our competition here.
